BLACKPINK, Girls’ Generation, and TWICE top girl group brand value ranking for the month of August.

The Korea Institute of Corporate Reputation has released brand value rankings of girl groups, for the month of August!

The rankings were determined by analyzing consumer engagement. Media coverage, interactions, and community indexes for various girl groups. using big data collected from July 14 to August 14.

BLACKPINK continues to top the chart with a brand value index of 6,372,130, a massive 103.34% increase from their index in July.

High-ranking phrases in BLACKPINK’s keyword analysis included “world tour,” “YouTube,” and “teaser,” while the highest-ranking related terms included “reveal,” “comeback,” and “release. The group’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a positive reaction score of 85.08 percent.

Charting in second is Girls’ Generation with an index of 4,693,611, a good 84.01% increase from their index in July.

In third place is TWICE with 3,355,608, a slight 23.83% increase from their index in July.

Finally, IVE and Red Velvet made it to the top five finalists of August at fourth and fifth place respectively.
